Ellen has been involved with the Firelight Performing
Arts for several years as the back stage Mom. She
had the privledge to have performed with Mrs. Larua
Blum and cast in the production of Joseph and the
Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat. Her experience as
a performer has been mainly dancing, through high
school and on to college as a University of Southern
Mississippi Dixie Darling. She holds a Bachlors of
Science in Medical Technology from the University
of Southern Mississippi and a Masters of Science in
Healthcare Administration from the University of St.
Francis. She is the program director for the Clinical
Laboratory Technician program at Louisiana
Technical College Lafayette Campus.
